I called nedbank to enquire about a deduction which is being made on my account. i was transferred to nedbank life. i was assisted by a woman by the name of nomfundo, she was rude and never gave me the opportunity to explain why i was calling because i was rudely interrupted when she requested i give her the referrence number of the deduction and she was not much of a help and could not advice me on who i could speak to in terms of my query. i have been a loyal client of nedbank and id hate to have such assistance ever again
