No response from NEDBANK customer service

I am really getting frustrated with Nedbank. I am not getting treated like a customer. I am always having problems with your service. On the 24th of December 2013 I went to Nedbank in Centurion mall. I was standing in a queue for 40minutes plus, without anyone greeting me. When I finally got helped at the reception the person was also not entirely sure what was going on and could not help with my request. I sent an sms to 44459, it is 3 weeks now and nobody has phoned me, I don't know why you have that service if that service is also as pathetic as your staff members in the branch. Where do I go if the service department don't even know how to give customer service?? I don't think moving to another bank can be a mistake because none of the other banks will have a low quality of service like Nedbank.
