Very Bad Service

I have had a Nedbank Credit Card and have paid it in full in June 2013. Since then I have been trying to get hold of the Credit Card Division because they have blacklisted me for my credit card. They have sent me a clearance certificate, confirming that the debt has been settled and paid up to date, but for some reason they are ignoring my request to have my name cleared on ITC. I have contacted ITC, but they are unable to assist me, because they say that Nedbank has listed me and therefor Nedbank needs to clear my name off ITC. This is really frustrating because I would like to apply for a home loan, but the banks wont consider my application because Nedbank has blacklisted me. I have send them numerous emails, but nobody responds. I have called the numbers provided by Nedbank on the clearance certificate, but are being send from pillar to post as nobody seems to be able to assist me.
