PATHETIC POOR SERVICE!!

Good day,

A consultant called me in April giving me an offered of a cheque account. I agreed to it as I have once used Nedbank before and I know them for their good service and customer centricity. My card was not delivered in time as I was told that I have to give my Proof of Address for FICA purposes. I went to Nedbank Maponya Mall to submit my documents and I had asked them that they deliver my card to Nedbank West Street Durban. First week of May I went to pick up my card and was told that It was now active, I can use it. I have been trying to activate my card since beginning of this month, even called West Street branch manage to assist me, but up until now my card is not active.

I'm very disappointed with the service and customer ignorance I get from Nedbank.
