I recently applied for a Home Loan At my bank... Nedbank, and was declined with ridiculous terms... No one phoned me or consulted me. Nedbank is Pathetic and you should avoid even contemplating doing a Home Loan Application with Nedbank. They Know nothing about Customer Service!! So I Phone Betterbond to Apply at the other 3 Major Banks.
Magda Viljoen from their Centurion Office helped us, and all I can say is Thank You!
She was always professional and conducted everything in such a manner.
She went above and beyond, and was always circuitous and helpful!!
She endured my persistent phone calls (even on Sundays) and helped us understand the process of Home Loan Applications, what document to provide, etc...
Our Home Loan was approved at all 3 Banks, FNB gave us the best Loan and we have subsequently signed!!

Will definatley recommend you (and Not Nedbank) to all my friends and Family!
