Debiting on a wrong date

I have a personal loan with Nedbank. Our agreement is that that they must debit my account on the 25th of every month. I was shocked when I received an sms on the morning of the 21st (today) advising that a Nedbank debit order went through.

I did not agree with them to debit my account on the day and I had plans for the R1553.13 that they debitedf on my STD Bank acc.

I then went to STD bank in Southgate and the unfriendly lady at the enquiries told me that Std bank cannot reverse the transaction, I needed to go to Nedbank. I went to Nedbank and waited at enquiries for 30 minutes as there were only 2 employees working and one lady disappeared for about 15 minutes while we waited. The same lady who had disappeared assisted me. The assistance she gave me was a note writen *7012 and pointed a phone that I can use. At that time it was around 12: 40. I called the number and the machine said I need to leave a message as the consultants are busy. I did, but tried again later and still the same message.

I called the complaints dept with that phone and the lady said they cannot assist me as my query was supposed to be attended by loans dept and they knocked off at 12:00. I am angry!!!
