I took out a personal loan through Nedbank on the 11th of June, I then called Nedbank and asked them when the first debit would be and they stated the 1st of August 2013, I then get a call from collections to say thank you for the payment for august but they made an error and the first debit was supposed to be 1st of July and my account now shows as behind... This fault with Nedbank yet this now is going to affect my credit profile!!! No wonder I am changing everything over to FNB due to the fact that Nedbank don't know what they are doing and this arrears is now my problem and no one from Nedbank can't take accountability for their mistake, they say I must speak to the consultant from the branch, this is NEDBANK guys NEDBANK makes the error and nedbank should take accountabilty not a consultant... I want this sorted out
