Vehichle Finance - Worst service and False Hope

I am extremley shocked with the customer service and the way my matter has been handled. Just two weeks ago I reported an instance where upon requesting to settle all my loans with African Bank, I was given an incorrect figure which was totally disturbing and inconviniencing. Appartently they did not include 2 of my credit cards, I ask you with tears in my eyes, How it is possible for two of my accounts to be omitted in the settlement figure. I later spoke to a gentleman called Abdhull asking me to pay the arrears of the outstanding credit cards which i paid the following day, During the conversation, I mentioned that i required vehichle finance and he confirmed that i would be considered and will definetley get veh finance if my accounts are up to date meaning the arrears are cleared. He was kind enough to assist me with following up with Amanda Peackock who not only was condescending and patronising as she told me that there were no gurantees of approval. I went ahead and applied through the dealership and it was declined based on the fact that i still have overdue accounts with african bank which is not true. I need the Vehichle finance to be re considered as i can afford it.
