On the 30 Sep 13 I applied for a advance on my homeloan with Nedbank, within my registration amount and within the 90% of the value of my property. First the application was declined, I then informed Nedbank that I will bring all my accounts over to Nedbank if they assist me, well after 4 applications, and 2 months they declined the application. My issue with Nedbank, in Dec 13 after application was declined I contacted FNB, well it is the 8 of Jan 14 and my paperwork is with the attorneys, I am switching my bond and it is scary to think that a bank will assist you like FNB and your current bank wont even return phone calls or emails. Tavira Claudette from Nedbank last email to me was on the 4 Dec 13 saying Credit refused to approve the loan and that she will forward the reasons, still waiting for the reasons, I have also send a mail to Tavira asking for how much Nedbank can approve me for, well needless to say no answer from her. Nedbank your staff are letting you down, any person that considers using Nedbank please go to FNB first I have not seen such great service from people in a while. Nedbank you disappointed me and I will never consider you for any financial services again
