A month ago i went into Absa bank plumstead, cape town to unlock my account in turn the absa agent informed me that i could change my savings account to a cheque account for only R 79 a month. Which i was able to do, i went up to the sales agent and everything was changed and she informed me that what ever debits comes off from my savings account absa would change it for me. Today my debits have not been changed and now i have to fall over my feet to change those accounts and i have to make sure theirs enough funds in my savings. I feel this is unethical and really an inconvenience to me as the client and ill make sure that this matter gets sorted to.
