I JUST WANT MY MONEY! COS U CANT HELP ME!

After opening an account in 2009 n getting no joy from this bank i gave up and decided, abandoning it entirely, i was tired of calling back n forth, fast forward 4 years later n ive decided to close my account n end my association with the bank its june 29th n on the brink of closing my accoun Emelda convinces me to stay with endless promises of service, however my appointment when i arrived she sent me back, said she would bring my card to me, i waited got an sms that my car was issued but she didnt come, then she went on leave for a week failing to advise that my account was inactive and the card issued to me was useless, i went to Middestad Esther said that she would help me complete forms to reactive my account with the branch i had opened it (Yeoville), and i would be paid within 48 hrs, as i was not in need for the funds i left it for a week, then22nd i go in to the bank for a proof of account form then i get told Esther's still waiting for them to pay, but i will have it the next day, 23rd i check my account no money i cal them they say theres 1 form they forgot to have me sign, another 24hours, today they say my account closed on the 24th (i was there 22, 23rd n no one told me this
