I feel cheated

I'm one of those people that do not see the need to sit on a phone for over an hour when there is technology that can assist quicker. I have been a member of this insurance company for maybe 5 years now. I am now paying about R800 for a 2007 car corsa. I have gotten quotes from various insures that are offering me the same deal, some even better, at half the price as clearly my cars value has depreciated over the years. My question is does Firstforwomen not care about their customer? surely as the years go buy and to keep your clients, you re-evaluate their policy. I do no like to jump around insurance company's but the lack of response I have gotten from this company is ridiculous. I have sent mails to email addresses advertised on your website from beginning of last month. The emails don't go through, when i called in, i was told its full i should keep trying, then finally after you have debited my account, on 27th i get a response that someone will look into it. It's now 25 July and I guess you are waiting to debit my account again before you can respond to why am i being charged double by your sister companies, when I'm supposed to come first as a client to Firstforwomen.
