Good Day

I just would like to put in a Complain for Customer Care (nobody can help me and everytime i need to speak to another person)..

I changed my Bank Account 2 weeks ago from Savings to Check account, they then ask me to fill in the debit order switching form, so i did it.. But when the debit orders went off this week only half of the debit orders was changed!

So yesterday the one absa personal loan debit order was declined and bounsed (because it was still on my savings account), then i went into the bank and pay the Debit order in the bank, but this morning again absa was trying to deduct the debit order from my savings account..

how can you Bank with absa if they cant help you? I think i need to change bank accounts to a nother bank..
