Incompetent to change policy holder's bank details

Policy holder opened new ABSA cheque account. Bank debit order to be changed from policy holder's savings account, to policy holder's NEW cheque account. For past four (4) months, debit order NOT changed. HOLLARD still deducting from "old" savings account, instead, from NEW cheque account. Policy holder phoned Johnnie Geldenhuys every month, on the 25th, when debit order was DEDUCTED from "old" ABSA savings account, INSTEAD, as from NEW cheque account.
