INTERNET ACCESS BLOCKED ON ACTIVE LINKED ACCOUNT

In the last 4 months, I have requested numerous times for absa to allow me to do internet banking services on my absa savings account. i am spending so much time, effort to get this sorted out once and for all. first of all this is a linked account to a cheque account which is unpaid and closed years ago with an outstanding balance. i reopened a new savings account with absa but yet, one cannot transfer money from the savings account {internal account transfer} into the cheque account. they have a collector calling met 5 times a day starting at 07:00 in the morning asking me for a payment but have to go into the bank to make a payment. so now they decided to block my account in total with the attitude, if you do not pay your cheque account on their terms, you will not get the usage of your savings account. Seem it is a challenge to unlink these account and allow internet transfer. I have had it with absa. i am taking my business elsewhere.
