INCOMPETENT ABSA STAFF

I went to close my cheque account and switch to a savings account at Absa in Oakdene. I have a funeral cover which i need to move to the new savings account and the Oakdene branch staff advised me that they can't do it. I have to log a call which i did (in the branch) and a consultant was to call me 24hrs later. Its been 3weeks later and no consultant has returned my call to make the change. Ii called ABSA on 08600 08600 today (11 January 2013) and NONE of the people who answered the phone could assist. Is there someone who knows their job at ABSA? My funeral cover better be debited on the correct account since nobody knows how to link it to the new ABSA Savings account
