NO FEEDBACK OR RESPONSE

You advertise that it takes 10min to switch banks. Now I have filled in the forms, scanned it, emailed it through and got a automated response saying I will be contacted in 48hours. 72 HOURS later I have to contact FNB to find out what is happening. I then get told it takes 4 WEEKS to switch!!! My employer will pay my salary into my new FNB account but my debit orders will still go off my old account??? Now I have to transfer money back to my old account!!! This is totally NOT acceptable, I was never told it will take 4 WEEKS and you advertise saying 10min???
Very bad start, tink I should just stay with your competitors!!
