Lack of good customer service

I got hooked to the FNB effortless and switching your account, debit order and salary marketing scheme. i did everything online and was very excited to be moving to an innovative bank . firsly i was called by a consultant that rushed through everything and as result my card was mispelled. on top of everything they could not switch all my debit orders and salary. well i decided to speak to my HR and they needed proof of my new acc to switch my salary, i was called again and i asked the consultant to email me some proof and she said that was not her department i should hold on, after holding on for about 5min she told me i have to call back after 12am as that department was not available. now its payday some of my debit orders have been switched and my salary has not been switched. am gonna have returned debit orders from the new account. i cant transfer funds because i dont know my new account number as no one bothered to give it to me... TRYING TO SWITCH TO FNB WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE IVE EVER DONE. NEDBANK IS EXPENSIVE BUT THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. BETTER PAY A BIT MORE FOR VALUE FOR MONEY... WITH A BANK U CAN ALWAYS TRUST
