Worst Experience with a "service provider" EVER!

I moved to FNB 4 months ago. I went to the bank, qued for 2 hours, & opened an account. I did this because of the promises of service in their TV and radio ads, that I now believe to all be. I requested that my debit orders are switched from my current bank, filled the nesesary forms & gave them the required bank statements. I was told it would take 4-6 WEEKS! other banks takes 3-4 DAYS! They then told me they will notify me when I can collect my card (another 45min in the que, so much for the free delivery). I waited 7 weeks & called them to ask why my debit orders have not been moved. I was told that the statements were unclear & I have to send them again. Nobody even notified me there was a problem, but they are able to phone daily to sell additonal "products".
I then went to the bank & qued for an hour to give them my statements. That was 9 Weeks ago! I phoned two weeks ago to ask why it has not happned yet, and was told they will do it the next day. Today I phoned & there was no record of me requesting to have my debit orders moved. I have paid double bank charges for 4 months now! Waisted hours in the bank and on the phone. I am closing my account & contacting the CPA.
