Thinking of going FNB... think again

Since going over to FNB because of all their advertising promises I have had nothing but problems. Its taken me 6 months to try and get my details right with them. I have tried applying for things online... like a credit card, applied over a month ago and still have not heard from the bank. I tried to apply for finance and could not get help from anyone in the bank and then was given finance with a bank i dont even bank with. They still have not gotten back to me about the finance and i have owned my bike for over 3 months now. Wonder when FNB will realise i applied.. yesterday i applied again online for another car and low and behold.. have heard nothing from FNB again... today i call them and they say they can't help me with the online application and must start again!! I will probably be driving my car for a few months before they even realize. Why on earth do you have an online service if it does not work?? or am i the only one being ignored? I have not been contacted for anything.
Maybe just think twice before you believe the advertising they have on TV...
