Switch to FNB costs / response time bad

I did the FNB bank switch online between 2-10 th of may
I followed every step and provided all the necessary documents
In order for them to do the switch however they then contact me
the 22 May to confirm the salary switch, then they start actioning
The debit order switch which is too late at this point. The time
Then comes to my orders to go off and most of them goes off from ABSA,
My account goes into zero and gets charged I then needed to move funds
across from bank to bank which cost me my credit history and loads of
money. I'm very furious with FNB and I want every penny back because they
never actioned the request on time, why do they advertised "Convenience"
when they just cause misery and ruined my credit history. This exercise
Cost me lots of money which i don't have. I'm starting to regret moving to
FNB. Who pays for the costs?
