First National Bank False Advertising

Sent all my documents in to switch my account... After 2 weeks of no response I called in yesterday 11/04/2013 to try and find out what's going on... To my Surprise I was told I have the incorrect account number on the form... I told the agent that's impossible as that's what I received from FNB...
I was then told to contact another department or email them to get the correct account number and redo everything.
I then queried how long it will take to sort this matter out I was told it would take 6 to 7 weeks...

FNB advertise how simple and easy it is to Switch over and what great services they offer which I think is FALSE AS I HAVE NEVER INEXPERIENCED ANY KINDA OF GREAT SERVICE FROM FIRST NATIONAL BANK.
