Failed to switch debit orders

I recently moved to FNB after having an account with STD bank for more than 20 years (thinking it had better rates and services to offer) WRONG!

I forwarded all my details, including my bank statement highlighting my debit orders to be switched.
Surprise! surprise!
I had 50% moved across.
The others remained on my Standard Bank account, BUT my salary went into my FNB account.
So I am now in the red at STD bank.

FNB stated it was their fault (except for one debit order switch-granted).

I am now going to go back to STD bank but have the inconvenience of having to switch all my debit orders back from FNB to STD bank.

This "

FNB- "how can we help you " and "switch in 10 minutes"

They can now help by arranging to notify all my account holders of the switch and should not be for me to do.

what a laugh!!!
