What a mess!

I changed over to FNB about 2 months ago. I spent over an hour and a half in the bank getting everything sorted. I handed in my debit order transfer papers and requested my salary be changed over to the new account. Nothing happened. When I phoned to enquire they said the bursor at my place of work was stopping the transfer of my salary over. I followed it up and she said she had never been contacted! I then changed all the details with her and just the other day received an email with the same paperwork that I had already filled out to change my debit orders over. I phoned again and they said they had never received my original paperwork and even if I filled it in right now it would not process in time for the debit orders to come off my new account. So all my money is in my FNB account, all my debit orders are coming off my ABSA account and I cannot log on to my FNB online banking to save my life. Every time I try to register it tells me to tick that I have accepted the terms and conditions and no matter how many times I tick the thing it will not register! This is infuriating and I cannot believe that they advertise that this is quick and easy!!!
