FNB - Over-selling and misleading in your adverts!

I am so furious, I decided to move my account to FNB and man did I get a few surprises on the way!

Firstly, I was impressed by the fact that you transfer all debits from my old account to a new one, only to be told this process takes up to six weeks, and both consultants at Rosebank and Featherbrook told me its actually faster to do it myself? So why on earth do you offer the service because it makes NO logical sense. If i move my salary for Feb to my new FNB account and rely on your debit transfer process which takes up to 6 weeks for my debits to be transfered that means debits will still go off on my old account yet salary goes into new account??? Did you actually think this through, It therefore is better to do it myself, so DO NOT advertise and mislead people to thinking you do it swiftly when its not a worthwhile service?

Now I need to contact all my deibitors myself??? so much for that!
