Worst Service Ever - 2 Months to switch acount

I opened an cheque aaccount in April, i requested they switch my account for debits purposed ending month of May, I was told its not possible to do that as it takes 3 weeks to switch. as shocked as I was i had to go back to my employer and change back to my beep bank so that i can get paid. another month has gone and today as i get my salary, No debits are going off because none of my creditors know that my banking details have changed. 2 months to switch an account.

Still waiting for my ebucks "its also been two months". told to drive to Foruways dischem as its the only store that you can purchase ebcks. I am so angry that i should be running aroun for what i am supoosing should have been done by the bank. WORST service and turn aroubnd time ever. Now my creadit record will be damped by this.
