Don't live up to their promises and I suffe

Like thousand of others I believed the too-good-to-be-true promises of FNB, switch to them and they will switch all your accounts.

I switched at the end of November and also made use of their iPad offer, filled in all the forms for them to switch my debt orders and contact our HR to change my banking details. I was also told that my iPAd wont be delivered before my first salary reflects in my account, yet it was delivered the following week, much to my surprise.

Anyway, when I saw that my salary was still paid into my ABSA account, I filled in the correct forms ONCE AGAIN and sent it to Harry Ramano at FNB. However, even though the email was received, nothing happened. Harry even called me and I sent my details to him once again. After several attempts to get this sorted out, and several calls from me, FNB STILL neglected to change my details.

Then I receive a call today from FNB demanding that I pay the full amount for my iPad after 'I' apparently breached my contract by not having my salary paid into my account, this, after I did everything in my power to get them to switch accounts.

Get your act together and sort this out! You can take your iPad and I will return to ABSA.
