I am sick and tired of this banker! I have had enough. Not only did it take 53 days for my student loan to be processed and paid out, but now I have to deal with this bankers inability to do anything right! He asked me to come into the bank to set up a stop order for my student loan and gave me the wrong amount. It took me 45 minutes in the branch that day to set up the stop order, NOW he tells me the amount is wrong and that I need to come in to fix it. I sent an email to let him know that I am extremely busy and will not be available to come in today (21/01/2013) and he threatens that the bank will reverse funds provided to me if i don't come in "as in now" (to quote him). I cannot deal with this banker any longer! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND THIS ENTIRE PROCESS HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A COMPLETE SLAP IN THE FACE! Nedbank, if this is the kind of staff you have then clearly you don't care for your clients! Time to change banks ASAP
