I am very dissapointed in Nedbank. I applied for a reload on my loan I spoke to a lady at the call center and she said I qualify for an x amount and then I went into the bank yesterday. There is only one banker and was not very friendly (I doubt if she wanted to help me). She said my existing loan and the reload I will only get a R 1000.00 out which is nonsense I received my statement this morning and I have already paid of a great deal of my existing loan. Why does the call center say one thing and the banker say another thing. Its the second time I apply for something at Nedbank and they only want to give me either from a R100.00 to R 1000.00 credit, after I have been a loyal client for more than 4 years. One of my investments is paying out by December and I can assure you I am closing all accounts with Nedbank. I wanted to invest with Nedbank but changed my mind yesterday. I would never refer anyone to Nedbank again.
