Shocking service

I currently have a bond with Nedbank which is fully paid off so I am an existing client of Nedbank with a good track record. I have just purchased a home with my partner and need to finance my portion of the property. I applied for a straight forward home loan as well as went to see a personal relationship banker to see if something could be structured for me.
I submitted the home loan forms on the 31 August & since then have struggled to get any decent feedback from home loans. The personal relationship banker was initially positive about extending my current home loan, taking over all my business which is spread between banks, however she too has been slow & I question her competence. I need to deal with someone with experience and authority now as I am frustrated and fed up!
I'd like a senior home loans divisional manager & the personal relationship banker's manager to contact me, since I have now wasted a week and a half going back and forth with Nedbank and I'm still getting the run around. This is by far the most shocking service I have received from any bank for a home loan (but yet this is the bank I already have a home loan with - unacceptable!)
