Me and my girl friend Andrea went to nedbank on 22/01/2013 to apply for a student loan for her all papers where filled in and all documents where handed in, we where told that it will be about 2 working days for the approvals to be done, the loan was approved on 31/01 we received an sms saying to go to the branch and sign the documents at our banker, we visited the branch only to be told the the security department have not e-mailed the documents yet fine, finally on 04/02 we where able to sign the papers, long story short we to this day 18/02/2013 still don't know what is happening or if there is any problems and after many phone calls and messages left and not getting hold of this person (Oudett) no message gets respondent to no answers can be given to me or my girl friend on the progress or when the money will be paid it's never her problem it is this or that department!!! now i'm sick of nedbank we didn't try at any other bank as she was banking with them so nedbank does not care about it's customers or informing them or keeping in contact, Oudett keeps passing the bucket there is no way for me to contact "THE DEPARTMENTS" that handle all of this. the loan amount is R26000!!!
