I applied for my residual to be refinanced by standard bank, after I sent an application form I should have received a new contract for me to sign but I didn't receive it, my application however was accepted and loaded onto the system. On my application form I asked for the debit order to remain as it was and for the payment to start on the 2nd of February over 20 months. The debit order and payment start date were not loaded as per request. I received an sms from rehabilitation saying that if I did not pay the January installment my credit record would be affected. In trying to sort this out I have called the rehabilitation department who between them and the admin department cannot sort this out and in the mean time my credit record is getting affected. The first time I called, the admin guys said they would verify that I did not receive and sign a new contract and then the rehabilitation guys should fix my account and start the debit order from February as requested. I would like for someone who can actually help with this to fix this before I get listed as having arrears which I shouldn't have, I have a good relationship with Stannic and would like to keep it that way.
