POOR SERViCE RESPONSE!

Personal Visit to Vaal Mall branch on several occasions has led to a 2 week delay in receiving any response or help in any way from branch level to main branch in VDB Park
Dear FNB,

Re: Cathy Struwig at your Vdbpark Branch's poor service commitment on behalf of Mrs Alettha Catharina Stevenson's personal affairs as of 24/6 - present!

I wish to bring to your attention. the total disregard of pleas to this person from our family, and by the Financial Manager, Mrs Marietjie Collins at Die Eike Old Age Home for assistance in resolving our family's problem.

Allow me to elaborate Mrs AC Stevenson who has been a client of your Bank for the last 13 years suffered a stroke nobody in the family anticipated on the 6th. December, 2011. During and since our Father's passing, she was the beneficiary of his pension and because of her disability (polio) could not do her own business which she duly entrusted to our brother Gerald Keith McKay Stevenson.
