LETTER OF COMPLAINT

RE: FNB GATEWAY BRANCH MANAGER

I am so DISAPPOINTED in the poor service I received at the Gateway FNB branch for the past year and the behavior of the Branch Manager (Nivesh) was appalling.

After asking Nivesh (Branch Manager) requirements to close an acccount on thursday and going in on saturday only to find out he was wrong by saying i only need my ID as i needed proof of address. when confronted about this he said i should of called the call centre and he tried to do me a "favour' by telling me and so i though it was a service. he then raised his voice at me and my financial planner after asking why couldnt he provide information? he kept cutting me short and did not listen to what i had to say he eventually walked away from me which i thought was poor management skills.he not once said the simple word SORRY not that it would of helped but i really think he should go for training on how to handle clients as i was so disgusted and hurt by the manner in which he spoke to me. I will never go back to FNB and i am currently telling all family and friends the full story in which i pray they move thier accounts to any other bank than the POOR SERVICE BANK
