Fail to assist me when I am in need

I am a client at fnb since school days every salary I received was paid into my account, I made loans paid it off I am a platinum cheque account holder I've changed jobs after 13 years walked straight into another without a break where my salary date changed due to personal reasons I lost my job went to my bank gave them unemployement letter which they faxed to my north west branch I asked to hold my account as I would receive a pension benefit that will pay out in feb 2014. I have an over draft for the last 2 years that just doesn't decrease at all. At this moment I am unemployed have a family to support and the little money I received from medical payout they took everything for unpaid d/o after arrangements was made. I have no food for my family and will be kicked out on the street by monday and have no home... I am very dissapointed in fnb as I am a loyel consumer for many years. Fnb has truly dissapointed me and I don't think that it can be fixed by fnb this is not the first time. And then I keep receiving sms my d/o is outstanding after they took my last monies all at once
