Tired of Begging

For over 10 years, Cheque, Business, Bonds and Car with FNB. But still no Ebucks! I have gone into Branch on three occasions and re registered (assisted by Branch Manager. I have emailed and phoned on more occasions than I care to remember. Response= FNB says talk to E Bucks. E Bucks says talk to FNB. Neither does anything
Both Company and Personal accounts are registered, Co. balance =R0 on statement and Bank says
I have 7000 ebucks in my personal account - which I can't access any way as I don't have the details (have a card but it don't work - been awaiting new card for 4 years). Bank says I stopped earning e bucks in January but cant tell me why...

Many promises from many people to correct - still waiting.

This is just my first step in recovering the thousands of e bucks I have lost through FNB poor service

Today I registered a web site called [URL Removed] and within the next few days I will be inviting other
disgruntled FNB clients to express their ire with the Bank on this site. I get nasty when annoyed.

FNB you are so busy trying to attract new clients that you forget your existing base - We deserve better!
