Terrible Service and Lack of Knowledge

I have been so impressed with the service in the past from FNB I tried to move as many friends and family across from other banks to FNB as I could.

However the last week we have been trying to get the accounts activated we have received endless, the problem seems to be that the people working at the call centre and the actual Selcourt branch have different opinions on what the requirements are to open this account.

The bank has wasted hours of my friends and family's personal and work time standing in queues and still not being assisted as they should.

Every day there seems to be a different requirement at the bank.

I am a 10 year client with FNB and a current Platinum account holder and I am so disappointed in the effort from FNB towards my friends and family I have considered moving banks purely due to the fact that not only has FNB's name been brought down but as too has mine.
