I went into the FNB branch at the crescent a short while ago to speak to a personal banker as I need some financial advise and home loan assistance etc. I sat in the waiting area for 10 Minutes as there were no personal bankers at there seats, Eventually, one of the business bankers passed by and asked who I was waiting for only to be told that there is nobody available to assist as they were all working in the service department. She didn't even have the decency to offer her assistance in some way, instead went back to her desk and rattled away on her keyboard. She was not assisting any client. She could've at least asked.

The point is, I walked out of the branch with no offer of assistance, any empty branch managers office and feeling like i wasted an hour of my time.

Absolutely ridiculous being told, sorry there is nobody here to help you! what happened to "How can we help you? "
