In Aug 2012, the Modimolle branch sent a dispute letter to the department of First National Bank, after money was from my father's (a pensioner) account to buy airtime. He went back to the Modimolle branch, to no effect... nothing was done in resolving the matter of against his personal account. SIX months later, in February, my father was still waiting for a response from First National Bank regarding the case. In February 2013 I wrote a complaint on Hellopeter about the total disregard for a pensioner's dilemma and on the same day received a call from Bianca. She only handles at ATM's, but forward the complaint to the correct department and voila... problem solved in only TWO WEEKS after the Hellopeter complaint. Thanks to First National Bank for dealing with this matter and also to Hellopeter for this wonderful platform from where one can voice a complaint or compliment.
