I encountered the worst service at the Department of Home Affairs during a difficult time for my family.
My parents (mother & aunt) went to the King William's Town Home Affairs branch to do a death certificate for my late father. The public servant was so rude to my parents (mother & aunt), i was so disgusted as to how can a person talk to a widow and deceased family in that manner. I always hear of such happening in government departments but that day it happened to me and my family. Besides the Batho Pele principles, what happened to UBUNTU.
