I have been a capitec customer for the past 3 years & for these past 3 years there has been different companies deducting money from my account everytime there was money deposited into my account. sometimes it would be R900, R600 or R200 this didn't bother me at all because whenever it happened i simply went to the closest capitec branch & asked them to reverse the money taken & they did so it only took them a second to reverse the money they didn't even require any paper work from me. Last month i found out that since march this year there has been a company taking R99 from my capitec savings account, so they said they'll stop it but they cant reverse the money ill have to call the company responsible, it happened again today (03/07/2013) went back again to capitec Florida at roodeport by ontderkens road they gave me the same story, why cant you just reserve the money like you use to? This shows how tight your security is. Can you please at least explain to me why you cant reverse my money like you use to, am unemployed & don't have enough airtime to call a land line number you said i must call to get my money back, i think FNB is better.
