SICK OF INCOMPETENCY!!!

I am BEYOND aggravated with Nedbank Century City/Call Centre. I have been trying to apply for a Credit Card since last week and from the word go explained to Lee-Anne that I dont have a lot of time, as I need to go on a work trip over seas and require a Credit Card to book into my hotel. I have tried NUMEROUS times to get hold of Lee-Ann however Cynthia at reception fails to deliver the messages according to Lee-Ann. I spoke to Chantel today as I wanted to deal with someone else, and she gave me the call centre number. They explained they dont have my bank statements, my ID is too dark and my permit is expired. NEWS FLASH, the permit is VALID, the ID was emailed to Lee-ann COLOUR copy, and my Bank statements were also sent to Lee-ann. Lee-Ann says the passport copy is too dark - and I came to the conclusion this morning that she is printing out the copy and not setting the printer or fax machine causing it to be too dark. THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM! Someone needs to teach this person who to use technology becuase its causing alot of hassles for other people. I have HAD it with Nedbank, call centre wont let me email or speak to anyone directly. HOW DO I KNOW WHAT IS GOING WHERE!!
