I have insurance why do you take out of my account

I bought a vehicle in 2011 and upon taking the vehicle from the dealership, insurance was confirmed. Now all of a sudden you call me to inform me that I'm being billed for vehicle insurance that you loaded onto my account since you do not know I have insurance. You have never sent me an email to explain how you came to the conclusion that I do not have insurance, you called I was in hospital, nothing was concluded off that and I would like to listen to that call since I do not remember speaking to any of your consultants. now this week I receive calls on my cell and the person hangs up only to be told by this lady that called me that my phone goes to voicemail, wierd how it goes to voicemail when you people call me and not when other people call me. She then get's a hold of me on my office line only to tell me that you are billing me because you have not been able to get a hold of me therefore you have concluded to bill me for extra insurance. I asked her to send me an email I am still waiting, while I'm being billed. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, I WANT YOU TO CONFIRM WHY YOU CAN'T PICK UP A PHONE AND CALL A PERSON AND NOT SMS.
