2 months ago Nedbank contacted me to submit a copy of my renewed work permit. They refused a scanned copy so I had to go into a branch.

Last week, a R250 debit transaction went off my acc. I had to trace this back to a back office dept who told me it was the permit renewal fee (so a charge of R250 just to file a copy of a permit, quite amusing!) @ the branch, when I asked what it was for they said they needed it for filing purposes. There's no need for "white " Nedbank. Be transparaent & tell it like it is.

I signed documents yrs ago which may have had this in SMALL PRINT somewhere! I will dig deep to look for it! I would think Nedbank retained a copy but given the level of poor customer service that I continuously encounter with them, they probably cannot provide me with this to substantiate their actions. Even if its all there, the issue really is transparency, communication @ customer relations.

I may receive the usual response following this complaint so that a box can be ticked somewhere on some complaints mgmt system, but people must know that adverts are only as good as the truth behind them, which is not the case here. I have no confidence left in Nedbank.
