I am amazed and utterly disappointed in the service (if I can even called it that) of Absa. I have taken my mother of 83 to the bank on various occasions and numerous telephone calls requesting the cancellation letter of a cession on an Old Mutual policy.
After ALL this time, you managed to provide us with a letter (dated Thursday @ 15:15). I was quite surprised to see that you have emailed me the incorrect letter with someone else's details on it.
How unprofessional is it that a financial institution emails me someone else's personal details including their ID number? What happened with the protection of your client's personal information as per legislation?
How difficult can it be to provide me with the correct information after so many weeks of waiting and follow ups?
