FED UP WITH BANK

I am so sick and tired of NEDBANK!!! I am about ready to close all my accounts as I have had enough!!! I always defended Nedbank as I never had problems but now they are never ending!!!

First - HOW MANY TIMES MUST I CANCEL A CREDIT CARD I DONT HAVE WITH YOU??? I keep getting statements for a credit card I don't even own??? PLEASE CANCEL IS AND ALL THOSE CHARGES!!!

Second - I am tired of money going out my account!!! In December one of your branches took R106 000 put of my account which was a mistake. AND I NEVER GOT THE R90 back from the branch because my account was over drawn as I never had the funds. Now I see another R436.63 has gone off my account again!!! This is such an inconvenience to me and the worst part of it is no matter how many times I call or how many people I talk to NO ONE CAN HELP ME OR GIVE ME AN ANSWER!!! THIS IS MY MONEY!!!

What is wrong with NEDBANK? Must I change my bank details? Must I cancel my accounts and go to another bank??? I AM SO TIRED OF WASTING MY TIME BEING ON HOLD AND CALLING YOU TO TRY SORT OUT YOUR OWN MESS UPS!!!
