We've got a small nedbank branch in the piknpay hyper shop Faerie glen, i went there for a bank statement and they told me they can only assist ID holders. They can not assist passport holders. I'm a passport holder working on a valid work permit and i hold an account with Nedbank. I've been told i must go to another bigger branch just for a statement as theirs can not do statements using passport numbers. Can someone kindly explain this arrangement, i surely dont understand why i must go to a bank 20mins drive away and yet there's one 5 mins away because i have a passport ..Do they use different systems or what??
