Where the client has to do your work for you

I went to Nedbank Isando on the 15/01/2013 tio claim for my Nedbank Dreamaker account to pay out.
I have been paying this policy for 5 Years now.
Went there filled out the paperwork took all the documents they needed, never got greeted proparly / even looked at.

The filled out paper work got faxed and i got handed all the originals (no copies for the bank???)
I was then told in a rude manner to wait ten days.

After 5 days I phoned the call centre to find out if everything was in order. I was then told that my ID copy that the bank sent eas to dark, and they have requested from the bank for another copy but havent received anything. I then sent them another cpoy via fax.

After another 3 days, I phoned again to find out if everything is ok. No they still havent heard from the bank and the id i sent didnt have the stamp on.

i then went home collected all the papers, sent it through again. when i phoned i was told that faxes take a day to come through.
at this point in time I am highly irrated with both the nedbank call centre & Nedbank Isando.
The service is pathetic to say the least, that i have to do a bankers job because she is to lazy to fax a id copy or contact.
