A month ago we received a sms that my husband will be handed over because he did not pay his Nedbank credit card. My husband don't even have any type of account with Nedbank!!! Well it has been a month and we send all documentation the bank required and they haven't even started with an investigation - show you just how much they care. My husband has been handed over this morning for legal action.
We would like to know why you are not doing anything??? And how the do you give someone credit of R 30 000 without an ID book, how can you be satisfied with a copy??? We have to call and call and no one can give answers. GREAT SERVICE NEDBANK! And the best is, this was your mistake!
