I logged a call on the 16 January 2013 with Nedbank customer care call centre. I made a payment to my credit card on the 7th January 2013 and till today still not reflecting. The call centre agent said I must fax copy of proof of payment to 0861 102 055. I faxed copy on the 16th January 2013 at 19:47, 21th Janaury 2013 at 12:14, 21th January 2013 at 12:38. Every time I called they said that they where escalating problem, but till today I have not received any feed back from Nedbank and it's been 23 days since I made payment.
